What will they learn?

We aim to teach kids the essentials of movement as they grow into young adults. Think of the skills that can be difficult to master as an adult - squatting to depth, bending over properly, pressing safely, jumping without jarring and handstanding (we know what you're thinking when did YOU last handstand?)

We do this through games, activities and mini-workouts. They will climb, swing, handstand, flip into cartwheels and find challenges with movement.

How old do they have to be?

We have three age groups for littles, kids and pre-teens.

Littles 4-6 Years

Kids 7-9 Years

Pre-Teens 10-12 Years

How much does it cost?

The Vivid Kids Program is divided into three groups for kids aged 4-12 years. This allows the class to be tailored for their age, abilities, and attention time.  

Littles 4-6 Years $167 per Term

Kids 7-9 Years $197 per Term

Pre-Teens 10-12 Years $197 per Term  

When are the classes?

Littles: Monday & Wednesday 3:30-4:00pm

Kids: Monday & Wednesday 4:00-4:45pm

Pre-Teens: Tuesday & Thursday 4:00-4:45pm  

When can they get started?

The term block begins on the 27th of April and ends on the 17th of June - this is weeks 2-9 of the term. Hit the button below to choose their age group!

Do they lift weights?

Out Littles do not have any weight or load. They use bodyweight-only movements on the floor and hanging bars.

Our Kids use a limited load (small weights) where their form is acceptable and only in appropriate circumstances.

Our Pre-Teens use small bars and limited weights when their form is at an acceptable level.
